Here is a brief overview of my background and experience:

Like most Loan Originators, when I first got into this business in 1990 I didn't have a great grasp of what it was all about, but quickly determined that this was the perfect profession for me. I love the variety of the transactions we encounter, and all the interesting people that are involved. I also love that it's easy to differentiate yourself by doing a great job. Since then, I have financed thousands of homes and currently have over $350,000,000 in mortgages under management. I am truly blessed to work with all the wonderful clients that I do!

As a former Navy explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) diver, I credit my time in the military with both helping me to grow up, see the the world, and to visualize problem's conceptually. The loan business is much like bomb disposal in that there are many moving parts, and it takes an expert to accurately solve the problem. My team certainly fits that bill.

I am passionate about golfing, cooking, reading and learning. I've been married to the woman of my dreams, Kristen, since 1996. We have two fabulous kids that I am so proud of- Alexandra (Alex) 13, and Nick, 10. We are members of Eastlake Community Church, and currently call Kirkland home.
